Greg started as a loan consultant in 1987 and consistently earned the status of top producer with the San Diego branch of Commonwealth Mortgage, a national mortgage lender. In 1995, Greg joined with a select few other mortgage loan officers who shared a similar vision of being 1) a DIRECT lender 2) a locally owned and operated company 3) a lender offering in house processing, underwriting, and funding and 4) a belief in superior service to the Real Estate Community. The principals who created the San Diego branch of Guild Mortgage all have at least 15 years experience in the mortgage industry and were managers and top producers at other mortgage operations. Greg has managed the office ever since, and built it into one of the most respected firms in San Diego County.

As a Senior Loan Officer and the Manager of the San Diego Branch, Greg has been a host and featured speaker on Real Estate Investing and Mortgage Financing on AM 1000 and CASH1700. Greg also is experienced as an expert witness for legal issues involving the Real Estate and Mortgage Lending industries. Greg has ranked in the top 1% of Loan Officers since 1995. Greg graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Finance, and has earned a Real Estate Brokers license. Greg has been the featured speaker at seminars on Mortgage financing topics ranging from purchasing foreclosures, 1st time buyer classes, credit repair classes, and has trained other loan officers in the nuances of the many different mortgage products available today.
